I have spent the last seven years working for Netspace,
the largest and oldest privately owned Internet Service Provider (ISP)
in Australia.
Working with business and home customers, I have regularly heard people express a lack of understanding of computers and the internet. It became clear that there was a need for a way to learn, in a relaxed personal environment. With this business, I hope to fill a niche in computer training environment. So

I want to make your computer usage more productive, enjoyable and less frustrating. The business name expresses it perfectly, learn to tame your computer. I have been working with PCs for the last 11 years, I have come up through DOS, Windows 3.1, 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista and Window 7. I have a good knowlege of Macintosh, the internet and email usage is universal across both platforms, so I can offer help in these areas for Mac users as well. I have very good technical skills with PCs and can help solve your problems in regard to system slow-downs, viruses, spyware etc. Over the years I have developed a network of very excellent IT techs, who I can confidently recommend for large commercial network users. If you need advice on IT solutions, please contact me, this is an area I have been overseeing for a number of years. I am very knowledgeable in registering domain names and implementing company internet profiles, and have access to excellent web site designers, from a simple internet presence, to full detailed commercial sites. Also, I can help with tuning and setting up TVs, DVDs and Video machines.
